1974, fin keel, (no engine), vhf radio (not digital), Garmin Fishfinder, main, 3 jibs, spinnaker. Very sound hull, epoxied 5 years ago, new rigging 2007. Interior sound and dry but needs tidying after winter. Good electrics. On road trailer (included) Cornwall, can deliver by road at cost.

Cali Rosa - Newbridge Corribee Mk III
Cali Rosa is a bilge keel Mk.III Corribee, built in 1986 and I am informed that she was the last “factory fitted out” boat to leave the yard before production ended. Her inventory is fairly extensive and lists as follows:
SAILS: 110 sq foot main with slab reefing and protective cover, 95 sq foot Genoa with roller reefing and U.V. protective strip, tri colour cruising chute. Running rigging replaced in 2004
ENGINE: BMW 7 inboard diesel which was totally overhauled in 2006, including the fitting of new starter gear and has a very low number of running hours (circa 300 since new)
ACCOMMODATION: 4berths in open cabin layout with mattresses and cushions in good order, 2burner gas hob with grill, pots, cutlery and pans wash hand basin, water tank, porta potti, clock and barometer, curtains, electric lighting, fire extinguisher and shore power hook up. All electrical systems were completely overhauled in 2004
OTHER INVENTORY: New depth and log instruments in 2004, new autohelm tillerpilot full navigation lights, Anchor and rode, ropes and mooring lines, boat hook, spinnaker pole, sprayhood, fitted diesel tank, bilge pump, fenders, 2 “Gaz” gas bottles, Inflatable tender and oars
Overall, “Cali Rosa” is in top condition, only requiring fresh antifouling and a little varnish on the bright work before she is ready for the upcoming season

A classic Mk 1 Corribee - one of the few remaining clinker built originals, built in 1968 and in remarkable condition. She has obviously been well maintained - the planking and fastenings look in very good order. The winch and cleats on the coachroof indicates that the control lines are led aft for easy single-handed sailing.
